PULA Care Foundation an initiative by PULA Pune Ladies. It iis a revolutionary community working to create value driven experiences that uplifts everyone to transform and grow.
Our goal is to support the social welfare of the community. Making a minor difference in the community creates opportunities, which creates values for a collective growth.
PULA Care Foundation focuses on developing and enhancing the community. The community space enables people to interact, share, and learn from each other’s experiences. The art of sharing and contributing is an empowering process that becomes the source of collective learning, inspiration, support, and motivation.
Being a trusted community with members from various backgrounds has helped us identify and take actions on various social challenges. Our service has helped us to bond with the people to amplify causes and missions, and proactively organize campaigns, mobilizations, activism programs, and engage in impact driven transformations.

Meet Our Directors
Sonia Agarwal Konjeti
Sonia is the Founder, Director, CEO of PULA Pune Ladies and TEDex Speaker. She worked in Wipro and TCS as a professional trainer. Further, she completed her B.Ed and worked as a teacher in Orbis School.
She strongly wanted to make women become financially independent. It was this belief that fueled her passion for women empowerment and inspired her to become a full-fledged part of the social sector.
Over the years, she has built an interactive and solid community that reflects her ideas, values, and passion. She had a vision and worked hard in bringing the best team to manage the community 24/7. Sonia is passionate in unlocking the community’s potential in taking transformative action that will serve the marginalized society.
Satish Konjeti
Satish comes with 20+ years of corporate experience specializing in the area of Human Resources and business operations. He has completed his masters from Symbiosis Pune and has been working with organizations like Wipro, Convergys, Aviva & Tech Mahindra.
He strongly supports the idea of PULA and its rock solid values. He has vivid interest in the area of social responsibility and strongly believes in the idea of giving back to society.
His idea of building a trust is to create a platform/ organization that is able to fulfill and support the current and future needs of people and organizations that support charitable activities.
Sonam Chadha
Sonam is one of the strong pillars of the PULA’s administrative team. She is a determined and strong-willed MBA graduate who followed her passion for fashion designing and is now a proud entrepreneur of her Apparel Store.
Before opening her store in 2016, Sonam has worked in the corporate sector, advertising firm, and in a logistic company. She has gained experience from various sectors that has helped her to successfully build her business and trust her instincts.
Her sense of compassion and belief in women empowerment made her join the PULA community. The support she received from the community encouraged, motivated, and inspired her to grow more in life. Now, she is returning her favor by actively participating in the community’s operations and helping many women to thrive their dream.
Rekha Pillai
Rekha is part of PULA’s core team. She loves connecting with people and making others feel comfortable. Her fassionation and aim was to work in the customer service industry.
She worked with a leading Airline and was part of the Cabin Crew and had an adventurous and awesome learning experience. Later on moved into the corporate world to work on different and challenging roles. By handling teams and various clients, she has gained a lot of experience in the business world.
She believes that every woman has limitless potential and strength. To support what she truly believed, she joined the PULA team in 2015 and worked on women empowerment. Her desire is to uplift women educationally, psychologically, socially, and economically.
Shweta Badjate
Shweta has been part of the PULA team since its beginning. She is an IT professional and currently working as senior consultant in Cognizant technology solutions Pvt Ltd. She also does food blogging in her leisure time.
She has actively involved in many CSR activities like teaching specially abled children, doing audio recordings for blind students, arranging activities like digital education for housekeeping staff etc.She has donated funds to different organizations running under government and has personally met Sushma Swaraj and Madhu Dandavate( Finance minister of India then)
Being a social activist, PULA helped her expand her horizons. The emotional/moral support from the community made her more confident and has given her ample opportunities to do something for the society.
Dr. Alifya Sayedd
Dr. Alifya is one of the leading members of the PULA team. She started her career at the age of 18 with Saudi airlines as the cabin crew member and flew for a decade. Later joined Zaheer Khan hospitality and expertised the business sector with her skills.
Alifya’s grandfather was a famous astrologer in Mumbai and she was interested in celestial bodies and pursued astrology and completed PhD in astrology and vastu. She is specialized in astrology, numerology, vaastu shastra, gemmology, business consulting, astrologer teacher, mentor, life coach, and reiki healer.
Her goal is to teach selected students and impart her years of knowledge & experience to deserving few, as per the tradition. She joined PULA to help and guide people to make the best possible decisions.
Pallavi Bhatevara
Pallavi is a part of the PULA head team. She is the Managing Director of Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd. is one of the 30 most influential women in the country. With more than two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, she is the woman who has made a difference on how Diagnostics shapes up in the country.
She has been gracefully awarded with various awards for her work in the organization by adopting the latest trends and techniques. With her exemplary knowledge, progressive mindset, and vast experience, she is able to leverage her industry ties towards the people who are in need.
Her passion for social welfare made her join PULA. She has organized several Health camps for police departments, underprivileged, orphanages, and many more.
